When I was a little boy I liked to roll down the window of the family car as we were traveling and stick my butt out and fart. Ny father driving the car would yell at me and tell me to get back inside, but I protested that I was trying to make the car go faster. I thought it was funny.

I look back now and I wasn't just trying to be funny, I was just being foolish and trying to be the center of attention. What a silly boy I was.

I look back at moments like this and feel ashamed and embarrassed of myself. Because of that, I'm afraid to make myself look like a fool.
