This has got to be one of the better pseudo-dubbed series; the sorts of food that is featured rawks, and what they do with it is even better.

The second Iron Chef USA special was pretty close to the original style, and did have a lot of potential. Too bad the outrageous shittyness of the first likely hurt its chances for a full series. At least we got Alton Brown doing the Doc Hatori bit once.

Iron Chef isn't really a 'dub' as it is just a voiceover so you can pay more attention to the food and action as opposed to reading subtitles 95% of the time.
