Soups (3)

I just cooked my first soup today!

Chopped pork loin into cubes, plus potato, tomato, onion, carrots and garlic and simmered for 2 hours.

I thought I added too much water at first, but the two hours really make a difference and it turned out fine with just a bit of salt and pepper.

Anything else I can make with limited ingredients? >3<

Other soups?
Chop about 1/4 bird's worth of chicken, chop onion, carrot, celery , lettuce, firm tofu, season and simmer until done, break and toss in 2 packets of instant ramen(without flavor packets) for last 2-3 minutes. Add a bouillon cube or two in the beginning for extra flavor. Go easy on the salt if you do though.

I like egg noodles and spinach in chicken broth. It's good if you add soy sauce.
