calling Rammstein "industrial" is a bit laughable in my opinion, but "ok".
Yeah, Die Krupps, especially Stahlwerksinfonie, is nice.
Wappenbund, especially "Zeitenwende" and "Preußen" are a martial industrial band of german noisesmenschen shouting to the war organ, and they're not as rightwing as Von Throhnstahl or Blutharsch (if you mind that). Also they're really high-quality.
I also enjoy Tscheljabinsk65, which is noisecore industrial of the rather grim sort (xhm2, logatomistes), you might want to check out the album done with Xotox ("industrielle Zertrümmerung eines Schädels"), which is definitely one of the most noise-oriented german industrial outfits out there, and every bit as worth the listen in its own right (Xotox' "Normalzustand Angst" and Silberfieber" come to mind).
If you enjoy the lustmord-brand of ambient industrial, check out Herbst9, "from a dark chasm below" is an incredible album (the consolamentum 12" is also amazing).
Winterkälte is for you if you enjoy the classic machine-sound industrial of mlada fronta or l'usine, and if you want to be extrovagant and try something fun, try Klangstabil, their newest mix of 8-bit gameboysounds and industrial is very different from what tarmvred achieved with viva6581, but equally superior.
