What? You mean HP still does research?!

She's GONE. Hooray! When she took control of Hewlett-Packard it was an amazing place. HP did great things, all sorts of research pumped out of their labs. Now it's a rather pathetic relic, gutted of engineers and its best talent. A lot of IP has been sold off, and divisions spun out or plain axed.

I still religiously use my HP-48. Too bad the processor is so slow by today's standards. Thanks to Carly I'll probably never get a faster version.

Nah it was a stunt from the marketing departement.
That thing is barely off the ground.

Wait wait wait.. this comes only just after the official news announcement that our IT girl Carley (soon to be Ex-CEO of HP) is stepping down?

I'm impressed.
