Indonesia says the drawing, which apparently depicts the president fornicating dogs, is “not helpful” in helping relations. According to the BBC, the drawing is in response to a cartoon in an Indonesian newspaper depicting Australia’s prime and foreign ministers copulating dingoes.

Tensions became high after Canberra agreed to give visas to a group of 42 Papuan asylum seekers who said they were escaping abuses by Indonesia’s military."
