なんで？日本語板なんだから、みんな日本語読めるんじゃないの？

The problem is not reading, it's writing in Japanese. (1)
I can use machine translation but I doubt that it's very accurate.

Example, my first sentence (1) translated into Japanese:
それは、問題が読んでいないと日本語で書いています。
Retranslated back, it says "It is being written that the problem doesn't read in Japanese." which is not what I wanted to say at all. ^_^;

4chに来る日本人は英語も読めるんだから、
英語でレスしてくれても構わないんだけど・・・
