Now... They say that these Abductions are directly at fault of our occupation of Iraq. Now... Mind you, these peace activists went to Iraq at their own free will. I frankly say, ITS THEIR OWN DUMBASS FAULT! Yes, The "Insurgents" that abduct these people blame the US for their occupation. But the Peace Group has no right to point direct and total blame on the US or UK. They chose to enter Iraq. The four abducted are foriegners in that nation, and knew full well that there would be risk, since I dont remember any arabic people being abducted and paraded around on videotape. Only foreigners in Iraq. They should have known the risk in going into Iraq, and well shit... look what happened.

Ok... You enter a warzone at your own free will. No one forced you to go there, you chose to go there. You get captured by enemy fighters and held hostage. Who's fault is that? They knew the risk, now that members of their group are comprimised, its someone elses fault.

I agree #3. Not that the situation in Iraq isn't unstable at the moment, and that the US alliance is at fault for that.

IT'S A FRIGGIN WAR ZONE. IT'S DANGEROUS. It's stupid to put yourself in a dangerous situation, and stupider still to do so and then blame others for whatever happens.

It's just like the dumbasses who try to rock climb or ski in areas that are marked off limits. They know that they are climbing or sking in areas that are dangerous, and in most cases their climbing/skiing skills are limited. Then they get themselves in deep shyte and demand a rescue. We should try to rescue them of course, but they're the ones who went into a dangerous situation, and they should be held responsible.

Same in Iraq. If we have to risk our soldier's lives and lots of money to rescue an idiot who couldn't figure out that WAR ZONES are dangerous, they should have to pay for the rescue.

Although, it seems that with many things, Americans are reality challenged.

It seems that not even anonymous posting could save politics from being retarded on the internet. Someone please destroy this waste of bandwidth you call a board.

#4, thats fine with me.

If people cant possess the basic common sense God gave gravel, do something clearly dangerous, then blame someone else, maybe we dont need them polluting our gene pool anyway.

And girls who get raped shouldn't have dressed like that and gone out late at night, right?

k, imagine a city where the police are cracking down on gangs. A gang member gets pissed at this and decides he wants to rape some chick. Meanwhile, a girl decides to go to the gang territory to try and get them to calm down. No matter that she's been told countless times that the area is extremely dangerous and she could get raped, beated and/or murdered. Wow, she gets raped by the gang member. Is it the cops fault that the chick got raped?
