Anybody know of a good free mass file renamer? I want to be able to rename em to like... Image_001.jpg Image_002.jpg without manually doing it.

I've used Flash Renamer, and it's worked well enough, but it's not free (Who would pay for a renaming program? Come on.) and it lacks regexps, and the GUI is a bit clunky. Any better ones out there?

Irfanview has an adequate batch file renamer.

AcdSee has an adequate batch file renamer as well.

sed and awk are your friends.

What >>7 said. Also, http://www.krename.net/. The Web site's in pieces, but the product works better than the site, really.
