How do I set up to operate all my Internet connectivity behind anonymous proxy servers? Step-by-step guides and/or useful links are appreciated.

1) Pick an IP at http://www.samair.ru/proxy/
2) Configure it in your browser (how varies on browser)
3) Profit!

make sure you use ssl for your proxy connection (the proxy and your browser have to support this)... if you don't then someone can just sniff the traffic between you and the proxy...

Encrypting your connection to a completely untrusted proxy seems a bit silly. Your local ISP of sysadmin might just as well be man-in-the-middleing you anyway, so SSL will be useless. You're not likely to have a known good fingerprint of some anonymous proxy in Brazil.
