I am running Win2k. The only steps I needed were these:
1. Set locale to Japanese in Regional Options
2. Press "Set default..." button and set default locale to Japanese
What specifically is going wrong?
I got trace.exe working too with these steps, although like any auto-AA program it is all but useless.
