Writing A Book? (11)

For most of my school life, I've been jotting down random thoughts onto little scraps of paper and just shoving them wherever. It was usually at school or class, so they would usually end up in a backpack at the end of the year, and into these big boxes of previous years' school things I have on shelves in my room.

I was recently going through these and I found a lot of these thoughts on little bits of folded paper, or scattered among notes in notebooks.

I've slowly begun to compile these random thoughts into a big word document and separate them into chapters according to subject (what the thoughts are about, like school, family, etc), and edit them for continuity and syntax and such, and it's actually becoming something of an enjoyable read, in my opinion.

--THE POINT OF THIS POST STARTS HERE--

MY QUESTION IS! Is this sort of book marketable? A book of stream-of-consciousness prose on my random thoughts, separated into chapters by subject? Would there be any chance of me getting this published and sold? I never really planned on being a writer (and I do have a backup career that I'm working on a degree for...), but it's just fun to compile my thoughts in such a way, and it would be cool if I could make some cash off of it.

Thoughts? Comments?
I'd appreciate serious posts... o.o;;
