Visual Basics.. (6, permasaged)

Can someone tell me how i would do this? I have to do a program on the following

(set up this command button (encode/decode) witht eh caption "encode")

    change the title label from cool shipping to shipping looc
    change the caption to decode

if the button caption is decode

    change the title label from shipping nis to sin shipping
    change the caption to encode

this must be done using loop and string manipulations

if you can't do this yourself you really need to study harder

u can't do this in visual basic it's called basic becuase it's not very powerfull u need 2 laern c++ for decodding hope this helps
