Is There a magic solution to get first on google ? (14)

I'm sick and tired of Google... I try all the forums say about refering my website and it's also the same.... I didn't move up... There is no solution, a magic key to be well place ? Even adwords that i use is not really efficient... All the employee don't stop to call me to Say me : Whooo i didn't see the website !! What are you doing ! I answer them ! GIVE ME MONEY !!

I know for adwords it's not a question of placement but a question of money to be first place... but sometimes i begin to think I'm not good ... I must have forget something.. I don't know... Have you got advice about referencing ?
