Looking for this program (proxy) (3)

Looking for a program I can run and proxy my connection through. I just need it to be able to change a URL when anything tries to load it (only specific URL's need to be changed and i need to be able to specify what to load instead)

Caching would also be nice but it is not required.

example of that url thing:
when something tries to load "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flash" I want it to load "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4jszHfXz9Xg&feature=dir" instead (although all other wikipedia links would work as normal)
