Alright, I'll try that too. I've pretty much got all the basic-to-intermediate things down with C, so since that won't be my "main" language, I'll look at Lisp like you said.

Also, I has a question:

Some people say different languages are good for different tasks... what they do mean by that? Aren't "general purpose" languages (like C, C++, etc) good for everything, in that case?
