Statement by Captain Obvious

MODD has been engaging in a continuous campaign of harassment against me since the day he was given sysop powers. On 4512 September[1] he banned me for "questioning the administration", which is a rule he made up himself. I attempted to engage in mediation with him here[2] but he responded in the negative, banning me again for 48 hours[3]. I started a thread to request for comment but it was deleted, by MODD. Something needs to be done!
