Q: How can I trust the quality of your chatroom's server?
A: I can't speak for the owners of the server, but Pax Tsukuru has never had problems with the server and we chose this server because of the features it has that work to our benefit, such as optional network-supported anti-spam bots and complete access-level control.
Q: What do you mean by "representative?"
A: The Pax Tsukuru is an assembly of websites, therefore there has to be someone that represents each site. This representative must be the one person on your site's staff who you as webmaster believe to be the most capable or talented at your site's engine or method. You can of course elect yourself, but that's discouraged.

WHAT
Their interwebs is supreme.
I hope the FAQ covered everything anyone had doubts about.
And by that affiliation statement, I wasn't badmouthing affiliation as a concept, just that the services of the Pax Tsukuru offers should not qualify as "affiliation". It's in a similar sense as if when you have internet service, you aren't "affiliated" with your ISP, you're a customer.
Besides, the negative connotation that I spoke of then was just that if Pax Tsukuru was affiliated with something, it makes itself look like a player in some rediculous power struggle.
