SAITAMA ― A 14-year-old boy fell to his death early Saturday from the apartment building in which he lived in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture, in an apparent case of suicide, police said.

The second-year junior high school student left a note at home stating he hoped to be reborn as an able man, they said, adding it made no mention of bullying. A 50-year-old woman found the boy on the premise of the apartment at around 2:45 a.m. and reported to the police.

I will not make a joke about this, but I still think in a world of 6.5 billion people, we should not pay much attention to such things.
