Any opinions about short shorts on guys? My bf in particular is thin, and pale-skinned. Would he look better with shaved legs?

yuck.....even for sport, short shorts are not a good look.

stay away from them... no matter how good looking you think you are short shorts look a little better on girls than guys...especially when you have pale skin cause then you just look like your not getting enough sun and this is your last attempt to get a tan

If you are decently built and confident they are fine super-casual wear, as long as they don't contribute to an overall cartoonish look. I have a friend who pulls it off well. Goes to morning classes wearing short shorts and a sweatshirt. Looks relaxed and doesn't give a fuck.

I wear shorts with a 6 in inseam, which is perfect. They end right above my knee, which is the most comfortable for me. I feel silly in long shorts.
