Since its too damn hot here, I'm reduced to cold beer, rum balls, and lots of my mum's homemade biscuits. Fruitcake is yuck. Probably have seafood for lunch.

usual turkey, bush noel, + a bit of watered down egg nog
I made a tomato sauce and my friend made some spaghetti and we collaborated and it was mmm mmm good.
My mom makes a green bean casserole that's actually pretty good, and that's always a highlight of our X-Mas gatherings.
Oh, and cranberry sauce.
Queso-de-bola and smoked ham.
I'll be eating your mom for christmas.
The usual I guess:
Smoked ham, all kinds of sausages, meatballs, pickled herring, potatoes, 'janssons frestelse'(a kind of potato and herring mix), schnapps(sp?) and other misc. dishes.
More smoked ham here. My mom picked up one from her work for free..... we are going to be stuck with it till at least february at the earliest :(
Cedar planked salmon, eggs casino & pickled mushrooms. Vive la differance!
Fried rice with the usual asian sausage, eggs, and ham.
And some turkey.
24th:
Lunch at a Korean restaurant. A rice salad type of thing with egg, kimchee, etc.
Dinner at a brother and his wife's house. Indian food; curry, naan, rice, some sort of chick pea thing, pocket bread type things. Tons of amazing food with unknown names.
25th:
Breakfast/lunch was a simple egg casserole-type thing that my dad makes every year. Very delicious.
Dinner was various Mexican foods. Some kind of meat thing, tortilla soup, sopapias.
