I vote rice, since it keeps longer (cook when you need it) and goes well with almost anything. generally I go with easy to cook veggies and meat, light seasoning...I'm a student so I don't have much time to cook.

You have to buy thick black bread on which you can put what you want. Doesn't go bad fast and provides for a variety of taste while being pretty healthy.
