1. Bake a round loaf of bread.
2. Cut off any burned parts and cut the loaf in half, widthwise. So it's a big sandwich.
3. Toast both sides.
4. While hot, smear both sides with as much butter as will melt into them. The entire thing should be dripping with butter.
5. Smear both sides with the first layer of marmite.
6. Get some peanut butter and smear that on top.
7. Chop up some garlic, or grind it in a mortar, and sprinkle that over top the peanut butter.
8. Find some old barbecue sauce and drizzle it over.
9. Start heating the bacon drippings, which you will use as au jus. If you're vegan use the vegetarian bacon drippings or vegetable suet.
10. Put some lettuce leaves on the whole mess for protection and spread the second layer of marmite onto them.
11. If you have fresh berries, put them on the toast halfs for now. If not use jam.
12. Add some slices of apple and banana.
13. Do not sprinkle sugar, but sprinkle stevia instead.
14. Once the au jus is ready you can either dip the toasts individually or smash both sides together like a sandwich if you're feeling adventurous.

What's marmite?

It's a lot like Vegemite.

Yeah, it's like Vegemite but it's stronger. If you're really hardcore you can eat it straight with a spoon.
