Scrambled egg (8)

I like them plain, without any salt or pepper. Or maybe some hot salsa. Is there a way to minimize the thin layer of cooked egg that gets stuck on the pan?

I like grilled ham egg and cheese sandwiches, with hot sauce.

Use a good nonstick pan for one, but other than that, the easiest way to avoid that layer is to pour the eggs into the pan, and let them cook for about 30-45 second before you begin stirring. That way you'll get more egg chunks right off the bat.

I usually just toss hot sauce on mine at the end, preferably Chuhula.

I tried an sandwich of semiscrambled egg with lettuce on buttered bread. It was pretty good.

See if you can find some watercress, that's better then lettuce in an egg sandwich.

I usually eat them plain with salt and pepper, but having them with some soy sauce and hot sauce (or any other kind of sauce, depends on what's in the fridge) is good too.
