There really isn't any way to cook potatoes that I don't like. They're pretty hard to mess up.

Sliced thinly and fried with onions, garlic, and just a little bit of bacon, and then, when it's done, pour some beaten egg over the top and let it steam for a few minutes to cook the egg completely and solidify it.

Very good with soy sauce.
