1/2 tsp saffron soaked in a little warm water
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp chili sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp salt
4 tsp butter
4 tbsp chopped cilantro
8 cloves garlic
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup red wine
saute the onions and garlic in the butter then throw in the rest
