I wanna add something here

U will most likely found out that sushi is served with wasabi which is actually being used erroneously as a type of dip sauce.Wasabi is actually used as a bacteria killer, to kill the germs of the raw meat on sushi.

Also, some who don't like the taste of wasabi most likely used soy sauce and wasabi mix dip to lower the wasabi "hotness"

Ironically, the Japanese who some of them is a purist most likely used NO wasabi or any dipping sauce at all (for the freshness).
