I've recently started on the SCD (Specific Carb Diet) due to the fact that my stomach has been making extremely loud noises my entire life, and I want to be rid of it before I go to college.
Is anyone else on this diet? A lot of the recipes I've found are really complicated, so I was hoping some people would share simple recipes for busy people who don't have time to sit around and cook meals three times a day.
For example, I've basically been living off of boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cooked in the oven. 10 minutes before it's done, pull it out and put sliced pecans on top, and drizzle the pecans with honey. Put back in the oven. The pecans absorb the honey and get nice and crunchy. Served with frozen peas.
Never heard of that diet, but that chicken thing sounds tasty and easy to me.
