By changing my food habits.
Chronic eczema was lessened. Weight was lost (45 kilos, 90 pounds(?)). Generally I became more energetic. This happened in a year.
I stopped eating all meat except fish.
I avoided all the additives I can, and still do.
I avoid sugar, I avoid white bread, too much starch, etc.
I avoid anything that sets off eczema triggers (of course).
That's all and it really made all the difference and it actually wasn't hard at all. lol at this, kinda surprises.
But... I love meat, white bread, and stuff with additives and stuff with complex latin names in it :(
if I was to do every single thing you are doing...I would loose weight too fast T_T I would look so unhealthy. ppl would wonder why I look so 'bony' and such.
