Cooking with limited appliances (3)

To avoid paying for a hotel, I am going to be staying with a relative for two weeks. This guy never bothered to get a stove for his house. Sounds weird sure, but he's a weird guy and lives as a complete bachelor. He either eats out or accomplishes all of his cooking with a rice cooker, an electric skillet, and a microwave.

With the limited appliances in mind, can you come up with any good recipes that can feed four people?

OP here, etc.

Japanese curry is one thing I had in mind. Actually, it's about the only thing I had in mind. That's skillet + rice cooker. It's going to get old really fast, though.

Breakfast is easy enough. The main problem I'm having is the inability to boil water. In all reality, I probably won't be cooking dinner all that often, but still ideas are welcome!

I was going to suggest curry, but you got me there. Why don't you do some ribs, or fry some fish? You can also cook mushrooms and vegetables. Frankly, I don't see a problem.

If you get sick of rice, you can cook some potatoes (you can even cook them in the microwave), or prepare pasta in low water. Just break dry spaghetti in half, and put them in some cold water. Bring it to a boil, and stir them while they finish cooking. Add some olive oil to detach them.

If you feel playful, you can even bake with the microwave. Just use cups, and you'll get individual portions ready in five minutes.
