Can anyone help me, i tried downloading a cg pack i believe from this site

but there are no seeders to seed it and now i cant delete this damn thing off my computer, i cant rename it, cant even move it to a different folder. Anyone knows what this means or how i can get rid of it.

You could either try to delete it in protected mode
or install software like mstisusedby:
http://mstsoftware.com/c_mst_IsUsedBy.aspx
which will show you which processes are using specific files/folders which you can then kill in the process list....
