Anyone heard of it? Anyone played it?

One thing the majority of .hack fans have agreed on was the production of a real .hack game with online abilities. Be aware that fragment is an ORPG, not a MMO and that the online abilities are limited, thus the full title: .hack//ONLINE X OFFLINE. Fragment is not a full-fledged MMORPG like "The World". from dothackers(http://www.dothackers.net/fragment.php).

Sucks... it says that their is no release date planned for the US.

Ugh, .hack sucked bad as a one player game. They'd have to do a complete overhaul if they want to make a fun online game.

I assume this means they're cramming you in a room for short episodes with 4 random fuckers like PSO. Why can't anyone (except for Square) make a proper console MMORPG?

The dungeon creation aspect sounds potentially interesting, though. At the very least it should make the areas more interesting then the original .hack games.
