Most of the fun with almost none of the skill!

This game is great. Running through some of the scales and chords is pretty thrilling. Some of the harder stuff is overwhelming me, though. The timing on hammer-on/pull-off is so much stricter than the strum.

I can't wait for the next game with a cooperative bass line to come out, either. Should be a lot better than the current multiplayer version. Hmm...multitap...

Beatmania IIDX is more sophisticated and challenging. Although, to be fair, the US version is... not quite as good as its brethren.

Still, you should try that one out as well.

pretty fun game, i wish they had more songs in it thou, hope for #2 to be just as good =)
