anyone like Ys Series?

i always heard of the series from time to time but never played it. Yesterday i started playing part 3 and i like it :) Although i guess 3 is a bad start because its kinda different. But i choosed it because its said its kinda short. The Music is great as i expected btw.

So, anyone else?

I read that article too a while ago. The "strategic touching" combat system seems at once streamlined but perhaps too simple for its own good. I thought of maybe trying one of the translated remakes but the number of games in the series is daunting.

So, i finished part 3 now. Its kinda easy (although the last boss is heavy) and the playtime is short. Maybe good to this series :)
