I've been having a few questions about the virtual console and I wondered if anybody knew the answers. Is it possible to download VC games from other countries? If so, are the games region encoded? What is the best way to go about getting games from other countries?

The games are region encoded but the virtual console libraries in America and Europe are almost the same so far, and Japan has a few more games. Unfortunately there is no way so far that you can download games from other countries, other than buying a Wii from that country.

I really want to see starfox for snes. I played the 9volt boss in wario ware and I'm regretting giving my snes away.
another thing I'm wondering is will nintendo be able to aquire liscenses for n64 games by other parties as easily? I'd really like to see games like mystical ninja by konami.
I hope they get Uniracers. It didn't really get a fair shake the first time around, and it's a very unique game. I haven't seen anything like it since. It would also be interesting to get some classic Game Boy and GBC games(if the price were lower than NES games).
Now that they're starting to release original non-legacy games on the VC, I want some wifi-enabled board games like Settlers of Catan.
GB games sound like an awesome idea. Lol, Pokemon.
VC sucks. Go for the real Hardware!
VC gives me instant satisfaction, great for couch potato'ers like me.
