From what I've seen, it's almost like Grand Theft Auto, minus the bogus blow every-fucking-thing up feature and steal-every-car-automobile, you can stun and slice people up, Literally go Hulk Hogan on an opponent's ass, shake the generator to power up the sword, and wear anime related apparel.

As for the bosses, Shinobu resides at the High School with her Jock Henchmen, and Holly Summers is at the beach practicing her Trench Warfare with her merc buddies.
