I beat her this way:

Low jump towards her blocking, that way she'll try to hit you with her sword-magic-box-thingy but fail miserabily cuz you were blocking... now run to her, and perform a short combo. repeat x times...

eventually you'll beat her . but watch out for the genius-box-thingy, since sometimes she uses it instead of the sword...
