Trying to remember a game... (6)

Hi there. I'm not a massive gamer but I suddenly got the urge for a particular game. It's a PC game that my brother owned in the 90s. It was a top-down strategy game based on WW2. I think it was soley the Eastern front, Russian vs Germany. I remember that you could actually have each side shout orders in their own language, or in english but just with a slightly dodgy accent. At a guess, I would say it was part of a series. Does anybody have any ideas as to what game this could be?

It was Close Combat 3, thanks :) Found a torrent of the first 5 games but can only get 1 to work for some reason :s oh well!
