I've been playing Diablo on and off since age six. Never played Diablo II, I've missed it's hey day, so I don't really plan on playing it... but I'm getting D3, since I've got the moola to pre-order it or something.

Blizzard did a great job with the first Diablo. D3's gameplay trailer didn't do much for me... it looks a bit cartoonish and not as grim/dark as the previous games in the franchise, plus, the music was comparably generic(at least the music I heard in the trailer). Diablo featured a kinda of dark gritty background theme, it was really great... but D3 reminds me of WoW in so many ways. They even have Blizzard's(sort of lame)humor thrown into D3, as shown by the player's conversation with Deckard Cain.

The whole game might just be a huge disappointment... especially if I'm not liking the looks of it just by a ten-minute gameplay trailer. But oh well.

don't worry so much , knowing blizz, d3 isnt comming till late 2009 AT EARLIEST and probably they will delay it to late 2010 so u can be sure it'll be a gg. its blizzard we r talking about.

I have a saturation control on my video card. Bright colors won't stop me.

The only thing that is bothering me is the health orb system. I'm not too sure what to think about that.

I loved D2, good times playing that with friends.
I can't wait for it but Blizzard is slow as hell for releasing things. =_=
