I've been wondering this for awhile.
I have the PS3, Wii, and 360, and I love them all to death, but I haven't really figured out what is so great about owning them all.
Sure I can play games from all 3 systems, but that's about it.
Largely, I feel that all three are a dissapointment. At least in terms of How I've felt about previous consoles. I have a Wii and PS3. Wii's got some good games, but lacks in mature content because of develloper fear of straying too far from accepted user base. But, on the other hand, PS3 and 360 don't stray far ENOUGH - space marine, grey and brown. PS3's got a powerful system, but it's such a b*tch to make games for. 360 makes you pay to play, and when you do, you have to listen to some 8 year old who wants to tell you he really wants to pee, but can't because he's playing.
I, somewhat naively, still have hope for the future, however.
"360 makes you pay to play, and when you do, you have to listen to some 8 year old who wants to tell you he really wants to pee"
wtf?! this only applies for online right?
oh and, that really is the only benifit. It's not like dragon ball where when you collect them all you get a wish or anything.
ps3: Horrible games(as in practically no worthy rpgs), Not hacked yet.
Xbox360: Hacked, pay for xbox live, better rpgs than ps3
wii: Hacked, Fun games, "ds syndrome"(thousand games, you hardly play em)
