figure this could all be combined in a single thread, but on to the point
right, i'm feeling kinda depressed, girl problems bladibladibla
anyway, i need recommendations for a soundtrack to my life right now, so far i've burned through a bunch of Arab Strap and Smog, just the usuals really. However, the most depressing song so far is Bobby Peru by Luna the lyrics to which go something like:
I told lies to your family
Concerning your whereabouts
They feel so sorry for me
I invented jealous stories
My imagination ran wild
I made myself so angry
The night that you insulted me
I lay awake thinking
Clever things I could have said
My thoughts kept turning to Bobby Peru
How would he handle this one
'S' is for sorry for all that I did
Now is the time to turn it all around
I know what is the matter so why can't I fix it
Forgive me please
I had lunch with an old girlfriend
Who knows all my faults
And pretends to want to help
She said I really don't mind
Your keeping secrets from me
But please don't keep them from yourself
Murder is bad, and suicide is sad
Why would a girl like that put her head in the oven?
You have your theories, and I got one too
It's such a waste
so, post more depressing lyrics than these plz
Needed more [E/N] & [emo] tags.
I thought only livejournal had quality stuff like this!
Saint Etienne has never failed me when feeling depressed, but then again I'm not into making a big production out of feeling a bit down.
try linkin park - crawling in my skin.
Depressive songs baaad. I like the breakup song "Adrienne" by The Calling a lot though. It makes me happy. And "This Love" by Maroon 5 is okay. Or whatever that M5's song was named.
If you wanna be happy for the rest of your life
Never make a pretty woman your wife
Beauty is just a light-switch away
hay guys, i'm over it, i've even met this new chick n' everything
but the thing is she's really into hallucinatives, might be a turnoff for some but whatever.
recommend good songs for us to listen to during my first and her second salvia trip this weekend ヽ(´ー`)ノ

The whole "Pod" album by Ween.
Also, what is all this talk about tripping on salvia I hear lately?
Hm, after reading up a bit on wikipedia,,, is this it?:

Is this (http://www.bouncingbearbotanicals.com/) place trustable??

Autechre:)

hm, well let's say i wanted to order some shady botanicals i'd try to pick a place with a less conspicious name than bouncing bear botanicals.
but hey, that's just me, 'sides apparently salvia is a controlled substance here in iceland so importing it might involve some legal gymnastics
ps. i'm debating whether brian eno would be a good choice, then again butthole surfers might make things interesting too
I thought you said 'saliva'.
Er.
i'll bet keith richards' saliva could get you high
oh wow, gypsy curse o'clock
so i'm sitting at home (wanking at that) when i get two, virtually simultaneous txts, one from each girl, one (the kenyan) says she's at this cafe wants to meet and talk, the other (ms. hallucinogen) says she's out having a beer.
HOWEVER, they 're both going at the same cafe.
if ever there has been a situation calling for i-ching, this is it.
i think i'm about to break up with the best most awesome thing that's ever happened to me.
wish me luck. . .
