Work-at-home jobs (9)

Despite all the fishy stuff involved, I'd still like to find work online.

Getting a regular 9-5 job is out of the question right now because like most 4-ch users, I'm very intimidated by most forms of social interaction, so much so that I confine myself to my room for months on end.

But enough about me, does anyone here actually have any experience in this area?

You could become a freelance photographer or writer

If you truly confine yourself in your room for months, as you say, then you should probably work on that problem first before looking for work. Social interaction is not that bad when you get used to it, but you will have to push yourself out of your comfort zone at first. Good luck!

I started a 'business' making ASC's for IIDX players. You just have to find some niche group of people that require something, then sell it to them, just like it would work offline too. The difficulty is finding the group, or the item to sell. I lucked out because i myself am i IIDX player, so i knew what was needed, and i knew the market for it.

Probably not. I was just stereotyping, I guess.

No, the reverse order's better for me. I don't wanna go into details because it'll sound sickeningly angsty, but as far as improving my social skills goes, this is gonna take a long, long time, ( maybe years ) and I don't wanna spend that time living with my family growing more and more pathetic as the days go by. ( or months for that matter )

I've been a freelance artist for the last few years. My only real piece of advice is do it from the cheapest neighborhood you can stand. Lean months suck when you've got high rent.
