Just wondering if this is another American-dominated forum/BBS...no offense to Americans =)

But we do seem to have a fair number of non-americans, though.
"Another"? Where are these forums with only Americans, I want to go to one of them. Unless you just mean register-only nonsense.
I'm an American and I'd love to have a forum where I could talk to people who aren't all distantly remote. Probably for similar reasons to why you'd prefer individuals from your part of the world: there'd be more in common to talk about, etc. But everywhere I go (on the damn Internet), there's people from Europe, Australia, etc etc. I guess Slashdot is dominated by Americans -- I still don't want to go there. Other than that, I have no idea what these other American-dominated forums are that you're talking about.
Oh, I meant registration only stuff, sorry for the mix up.
