Okay I managed to squeeze a little bit of info out of someone at 4chan in exchange for never posting pics of it again:

What I know is that it's name ends in -seki, it originally was a pig portrait, then a Suiseiseki hater decided to add her hair and eyes. Later on I saw numerous fanarts of it being stupid/getting killed. It's got no relevance, and it's only a 2chan meme! Now stop posting it! :("
