I'm a religious person but I also feel and try to be very scientific. Last night I saw a ghost in my room. Now, I remember once waking up and seeing wolves around my bed which disappeared as I was waking up. Basically the wolves were a continuation of my dream sequence that dissipated as I became conscious. This didn't happen last night. Something stood at the foot of my bed, I could even feel something gently rubbing my leg for 10 minutes. I even opened my blinds to look outside so I could see the rain which helped me make sure I really was awake.
I wasn't afraid but I started wondering if someone near me had died or something. I called my parents this morning and it looks like everyone's ok. I didn't tell them I saw a ghost last night, and I'm really not wanting to tell anyone, mostly because I don't want people thinking I'm loosing my mind. This is very odd and new for me.
God, if I thought some ghosty thing was rubbing my feet, I would die from terror. For 10 minutes running? Did you just sit in your bed and not move at all?
You're going crazy.
it was me
Sometimes when a person doesn't wake up completely they can have vivid hallucinations. This accounts for quite a few ghost/monster/alien sightings.
So, I'm ok then? 10 minutes is a pretty long time to still be in a dreamlike state while awake.

Not really. I've had dreams that last hours. I'm sure that it wouldn't be much different in that situation.

You actually timed yourself dreaming while dreaming? Awesome!
I have had dreams that "lasted" for hours but in reality only 10 minutes may have pasted.
