I tried to go trick or treating but I felt out of place, so I went home as fast as I could, and now I feel like a piece of shit. I want to kill myself.

Last time I tried to go trick-or-treating was when I was about ~17-18. (time before was when I was 10 or so.)

I thought that since it was dark not many people would notice, but I got a "You're old enough to mow my lawn!" comment.
