Jay Chou..perhaps?

I know one of Sam Hui's songs might've. I think it was called "Japanese Doll", but he was singing majority in Cantonese, then a few phrases about a Japanese waitress, and probably had a few English words chucked in there. YouTube "sam hui japanese doll".
