Are there any discussion boards that are not into japanese culture? It is getting annoying as to how much japanese artists, food, and love issues I have to go through that deal with japanese people.

Comparitively, they aren't as strict as most message boards, but if you decide to hotlink goatse, last measure, etc. or spam them you will be banned. They definately aren't as permissive as 4chan's /b/.
