Does 2-ch have a seperate section dedicated to foreign comics, or is that stuff worked into the current manga sections?

Seems like 99.99% of either comics or animation would be Japanese, so they probably don't bother.

Might be a valid point, now that I think about it, although maybe it could be "Manga & Comics" and "Animation" as a compromise.

If people see the manga in there, they'll think of anime when they see the "animation" and not be hesitant to post about it, without being turned away from posting about foreign stuff as well.
