I don't know if it is dead or just beginning. Remember it's been about 8 years since 2ch was created. This has apparently only been up for 3 years. It gets smaller when you don't post.
There's lot's of people here! I visit at least every two days and there's always something new posted.
It's not dead, it's just... sick
